We would appreciate if all of you would attend the rehearsal because we have very important announcements to make regarding the event that day. This includes announcements to presenters and also for participants.
During the rehearsal, all the groups must bring/submit the following:
1. PowerPoint (2007 compatible) presentation for oral presentations
2. Poster for poster presentations
3. Confirmation on attendance of supervisors.
